Here's a Bunch of Answers to Questions You May or May Not Ask

 

You're welcome to send me other questions, too.  Or send me answers, like Jeopardy.  Not sure I really like this cursive font.  But I do know that I don't want to use Courier New, which is the default for some reason.  Probably because it's boring.  And boring means default.  Apparently.  Except Webster would say that boring means something different.

Why did you wait until less than not very many days before your party to remind us of this not-to-be-missed event?

 

Umm, consistency?  Sorry.....  The date's been advertised since last year, but for some reason it snuck up on me, too.  So, I guess we're all in the same small boat.  Except if you're a lot better at being prepared and punctual.... in which case I should put you in charge of next year's boat..... along with a bunch of other things in my life.....

Where Do We Park When We Get to Your House?

 

In the street.  Please be respectful of our neighbours.  They're all lovely people, and hopefully they'll be at the party, too, so park (& drive) responsibly.  Please and thanks.

Is anyone else's Half Birthday or Birthday being celebrated?

 

Lotssss.....  But posting an official list will almost certainly get me in trouble with someone who thinks they should have been included but weren't.  Or for some other reason.  So I'm not naming names.  Just saying there's a whole bunch of them.  Plus, it's a half birthday party.  Meaning we're celebrating pretty much anything we want.....

What happens if it rains on the great day of Half Birthday Party?

 

Then water falls from the sky.....  But we're not going to talk about that.  Because sunshine.  And we'll figure it out if we have to.  But I'd rather not.

Can I bring/send a gift?

 

Yes, you can send as many gifts as you want, but not to me.  Send your contributions to join and/or support my Walk To End Alzheimer's Team.  We're team Live Life On Purpose - please join me in the fight against Alzheimer's.  We walk on Saturday, Nov 5, 2022.

Bringing food to share at the party would be a great way to be a giver, too.  And beverages.

Can I spend the night at your house Friday and/or Saturday?

 

Of course you can.  Plus you'll have the opportunity to be part of the Setup and/or Cleanup Crew.  Both an honour and a privilege (amongst other things).  Letting me know ahead of time would be helpful (to me & even more so for Stacy), but is not mandatory....  We have a whole bunch of blankets and pillows and flat surfaces (and hammocks, too).  We'll even provide a ride to/from the airport or train station if you're traveling to get here.  :)
